REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions for refunds provided by Owlistic Nutrition, LLC ("Company") to clients ("Clients") who have purchased individualized meal plans, one-on-one online consultations, and/or online courses ("Services"). By purchasing any of the Services offered by the Company, Clients agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
1. No Refunds:
Clients who have purchased individualized meal plans, one-on-one online consultations, and/or online courses will not be entitled to a refund if they decide not to continue with the Company's services. Refunds for meal plans, one-on-one online consultations, and/or online courses will not be provided under any circumstances. All sales of the Services are final.
2. Results Not Guaranteed:
Clients acknowledge and agree that results are not guaranteed. The outcomes of the Services will vary based on each client’s physical health, diet and exercise routine, family history, physical condition, and compliance with the meal plans/consultations/online courses. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the specific results that Clients may achieve through the Services.
3. No Refund Requests Accepted:
Clients are hereby notified that the Company will not entertain any refund, return, or exchange requests for the Services. No refund will be honored on the purchase of any individualized meal plans, consultations, or online courses. Under no circumstances can the Company refund Clients for any Services already received, including individualized meal plans, one-on-one consultations, and online courses.
4. Acknowledgment and Agreement:
This Policy is subject to change at the discretion of Owlistic Nutrition, LLC. Clients will be notified of any updates or amendments to this Policy.
