You acknowledge sole responsibility for your Submission content and its consequences.
RULES OF CONDUCT FOR SUBMISSIONS
When using Website features for posting or uploading Submissions, you agree not to:
Restrict or hinder another user's Website use, interfere with Website operations, or impose an unreasonable burden on Website infrastructure.
Post or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content, including conduct constituting or encouraging criminal offenses.
Post or transmit Submissions that violate or infringe upon others' rights, including invasion of privacy, publicity rights, or intellectual property rights, without obtaining Owner permission.

PASSWORDS ON THE PRACTICE BETTER PLATFORM
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password associated with your account on the Practice Better platform and for all activities that occur under your username and password. You agree to notify the Owner immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and to ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. The Owner will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Owner's or your failure to protect your password or account information.
MODIFICATION TO WEBSITE
The Owner reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you. The Owner shall have no liability to you or any third party for any modifications, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website or any part thereof.

The Website is operated by the Owner from its office located in Washington State, USA. Tatiana Aleynikov is a certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner in Washington State, USA. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Washington State for any disputes arising from or related to your access or use of the Website and its Content. Furthermore, you agree that the laws of Washington State and the USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles, shall govern any such disputes and your use of the Website.
TERMINATION OF ACCESS
The Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or terminate your access to the Website or any part thereof at any time, without prior notice. Upon termination, you shall no longer have authorization to access the affected portion of the Website. However, the restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability outlined in this Agreement shall remain in effect even after termination. The Owner shall bear no liability for such termination.
WAIVER
Any consent or waiver by the Owner of a breach committed by you under this Agreement, whether express or implied, shall not constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach, whether similar or different.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision or covenant of this Agreement is deemed invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions or covenants. The invalid provision or covenant shall be deemed separable from the rest of this Agreement.
